hmm, using Sinclair BASIC in asm applications? dunno.
Why not? I remember seeing C64 tiny intros that used BASIC to precalculate sine tables. Falls under fair abuse of the operating system, as far as I'm concerned. - rulezadded on the 2014-09-19 10:11:45

- COM programs get all free memory allocated by the loader, so allocating more memory using DOS functions will fail. IIRC.

It is slow but since some people requested it, I updated the download archive with a 376 bytes safe version of HeliCave for DOSBox-0.74.
It's OK, just adjust frameskip in DOSBox (Press Ctrl-F11 / Ctrl/F12). - rulezadded on the 2014-03-14 09:07:20

- I don't get the whining about 32k...it's not like bankswitched cartridges weren't pretty much standard on the 2600 (http://www.classic-games.com/atari2600/bankswitch.html).
Should I ever do something for the 2600 again it'll be certainly larger than 8k, too. - isokadded on the 2013-08-14 10:14:10
