Many thanks to the organizing team for putting on Alternative Party 2013. Yes, it was in a smaller venue then previous Altparties but it was still very good, even despite the issues concerning the overall lack of people around within the main hall during the daytimes. The new team did a fantastic job even so and the demos that both CiH and I saw in the compos were of top quality. There probably is work to be done for the Saturday afternoons in order to get sceners into the venue for future parties at the same venue, but I'm sure the orgo team will have realized this and are planning for future events with this in mind.

The sauna afterparty was excellent as usual, a good time for chilling out overall and enjoying the sauna itself with several non-Finns included within the group.

We're looking forward to the next Altparty, there is something special that is hard to put a finger on but we enjoy it so much ;) Cheers once again.

The chilli sweets of death have had a surprisingly high take up back at work. It's interesting to watch people's reactions when they first realise just "How hot!"

I've been told the citrus chili candy works very nicely in hot chocolate. Haven't tried it myself, though.
