oh... and thank you to the defenders. I only wanted to share the freebie when this page showed up in a search I did to see who I might help. There are still well-meaning people in this world. cheers guys.

Cheers. My only criticism was that the box.net thing was quite hard to find on the site with all my flashblock/noscript turned on (my issue not yours!). My query stemmed from my own experience of someone trying to make money off something I'd written and passing it off as their own.
I got the prog running under wine but as you might imagine it wasn't pretty :( - I'll try it on the missus' xp laptop later.
If the XP version is not working, try DOSBox with Win 3.1 (unless you are afraid of obtaining one of the requirements).
