Hi neu, I am planning to have a live HumanShader-style experiment at Siggraph this August right before the Real-Time Live! event (3000-ish people in audience). I've pitched it and the org approved. It might be similar to what you are planning perhaps, or maybe not? My constrains is that it needs to be doable in about 10 minutes, it cannot take too long. I sent you a message in discord, I'd love brainstorming and learning from what you do.
