To be extra picky, I think there are some demos from that demoscene lyrics site which don't belong on the list, because the lyrics are only displayed, not sung: Rob Is Jarig (and presumably Ryg Is Jarig), Die Ewigkeit Schmerzt, Legomania.

If you're adding demos with voice samples in the music, this list could spiral out of control quickly. I think a list with audio lyrics unique to the demo (whether sung or vocoded) would be interesting though.

I must agree with gasman and phoenix, I'd go even as far as saying fourth of all demo soundtracks have some sort of vocal sample in them. Prolly better just stick to ones that have actual vocals.
