It's hell of a demo, but style-wise not exactly my cup of tea. I have other favourites from MFX's past discography

yeah same... it captures the busy visuals and ugliness of 2002ish MTV bumpers really well, but that still makes it ugly on its own too :D
Might serve as a warning of the terminal stages of techno degeneracy. It's a mess.

Killer colors to the max. But maybe a bit too long.

my personal favourite of the compo! Instant classic. It's as much on point as it can get - in all departments. Thank you so much for bringing this, made me happy! <3
(maybe I will write a more thought through comment later)

tasty speed garage tune :). tacky visuals but i guess that was the point as garage can be considered tacky too (it depends who you ask)

FYI the currently linked youtube capture by demorekorder is buggy and is missing the main particle effect of the demo. We will provide a proper capture later and hopefully will get the link replaced.

In the meantime watch the realtime version.

eyo, not sure if I expressed this properly, but the immense skill with the colors that you prove in each and every prod you release never fails to amaze me. I hope to be able to acquire this kind of skill some day :)

Banger it is.

Sometimes it’s gotta be a Banger tune and a whole box of fun visuals.

Love the MTV vibe in this. Other than that, quite hectic for my old eyes.

This has got to be the bounciest rendition of a visual 'Döner mit AllesTM' I've ever experienced :*

So cool.
Love the track & the colors.

Maybe a tiny bit too long indeed, lose a bit its energy in the second half.

Love the MFX logo in this one. When that came on I was like "NOW I GET IT!"

Feels a bit phoned in in terms of assets and effects rehash, but that soundtrack and the sheer style consciousness easily compensate for that.

(also it took me two days to realize that pun in the title)

Very enjoyable! (*bounce*)

first of all, the speed garage soundtrack absolutely rules.
as for the visuals, i'm not so sure, but maybe this is just a dissonance in my head - as the uk garage days were in the early 2000s and didn't go along with this kind of 1990s x-mix-ish visuals... so, a style-conscious garage-demo should probably carry more slick and "modern" visuals. but in any case, this is a very striking demo.

The youtube links both on the demo's website and here have now finally been updated to a slightly better capture which also includes the particle effects more or less the way they're supposed to look like. For some odd reason we had a lot of problems trying to capture this demo, and apparently on AMD cards the demo might not always look correct.

The demo page was also updated with a final version (both for web and for windows) some time ago.

Feels a bit like Bouncer v2.0 but hey, that alone was so full of content and ideas that I'm the last to complain about a sequel :) I really enjoyed the character animation; especially the slow marching guy really has weight to his movement that matches the soundtrack.
The particle effect didn't really do it for me; the emitter placement felt off at times and missed the "showered in particles" effect I was expecting, turning into more of a "backdrop of particles" effect.
That's nitpicking tho, overall I felt very entertained and the soundtrack bangs!
