Nice one with intriguing soundtrack. And surprisingly it works well on 040.

Beautiful, I like the colors.

Nice work, really moody.
A bit more of work on the particles could make look even better; the scaling from one size to the next is a bit chunky. Adding a few steps in between would make the demo look smoother.

Love the "minimal visual style" in it with some cool content. Great color selection (so shades of green can be cool too!), glitches, addictive tune. OSSOM prod!

I could write something about the tech progress made in this demo compared to the last (The Martini Effect).

There's a new node system for effects. It is so simple at this point so barely worth to mention. Anyway it is progressing towards something that can be displayed in a UI somewhere.. Perhaps in Blender?

There is a new Blender plugin made by Nerve that let's us do one-click export and tuning of exporter parameters from within Blender. The demo also updates itself after it detects a new 3d scene has been exported. This is a major workflow booster. Still, Jony Ive is not totally satisfied with the UX yet so we'll have to keep improving that for the next release.

Scenes may be exported from Blender to a palette with any color count. Most of the 3d scenes in this demo uses 26 colors.

There's a way to specify copper rainbows in the demo script now so the graphician can tell the demo something like "change these 13 colors per scanline and do a bank switch every 2 lines" which is what is used to get the copper gradient. The bank switch is using some AGA registers so that one can display one set of colors while changing others and then do a quick switch between these with a single register write.

The antialiased lines may have any intensity specified in Blender.. Actually one can have antialiased lines of any color too. So one can have a blue one and a green one in the same scene and they'd blend nicely on top of eachother. So you can say I'd like a partly transparent blue and green line please in 18 colors and the exporter+engine will do its best to create a palette and tables to facilitate that.. Didn't get used though!

There's also stuff like connecting the music to an effect parameter. Also not used in the end as it was a bit too harsh for this demo to blink and shake around.

I'm really happy to have done this coop with Duckhunter/Nextlife. It's something we've talked about from time to time for many years meeting at parties and now here it is! The track is something genre defying. Metal and chip coming together at an unusually low tempo.

From the beginning we thought about the style of some old intros like Abyss' Cruisin 1/2 and Ephidrena's Omnicrom and Sfumato. Pointing to some dark wireframe style. Then the rest followed from that. I'm pretty happy with the end result. Trying to think of what else could be added for a final. Could be overlays, anims, post processing etc, but not sure if there is any point really.

Very very nice demo. I like both visuals and soundtrack, although sometimes they were on two separate parties. Clear masterpiece envisioned in this, never the less.

great demo and good frame rate on my TF12060 as well.

quick question, any idea how to get this to run in WinUAE? It just stops with "Program failed (error #8000000B)" I'm trying to get some screen shots for a review in the next issue of Amiga Addict magazine.

ignore me, seems setting WinUAE to 040 gets it running.

@hoffman I use a 040 config while coding in fs-uae. That’s just something random I set up that happens to work with what my compiler spits out.. sometimes I wonder what a professional amiga testfarm should be.. how to make things run on every aga machine and perhaps output an error early on if someone tries to run it on OCS 68000 even.. The OS code seems to work on every processor and chipset for example without crashing..
