haha to ba about the bugs in the improved nexus7 scene ;-)

i dunno, but it was all quite slow. might be technically appealing to some, but i didn't really like it. it also gave me an error message at the end.
same here, errormessage at the end and quite slow too. seems like it uses the current screen resolution..
Damn slow.. I have to tell the swedish Plastic that someone releases demos in their name, and slow a slow one also :-)
everything is slow here, so i was just impressed it seems to run >1fps here ;-)
yes, very slow... i liked the first scene however i wouldn't say the nexus 7 scene is much of an improvement!
Slow and there is not much to see in this demo.
Wtf is this? Some bad group doesn't want to stand for what they do so they release this crap under the Plastic label? Plastic used to stand for quality, but this is just shit. The swedish group Plastic deserves an apology.
Absolutely Fantastic!!

actually I'm not too sure I got all this right, as there are no nfo files in the zip and I can't really tell if the floppy and plastic, stated in the beginning of the demo, are really the groups behind it.. so there.. don't flame me if I'm terribly wrong, submit some infos with your prods! 8))
This demo is quite nice technically (raytracing) but suffers from the classic lack of design syndrome. The music is very good though. Finally, it's obvious that a resolution picker is needed just like in every raytracing demo.
Remember: raytracing is the way of the future! :-)

Raytracing? This sure doesn't look like raytracing to me. No quadratic solids, no shadows, no nothing but slow triangles.
oha, a tech demo. long time not seen any tech demos somehow. this one has no design at all but features some nifty technical stuff (yes, there is a raytracer, just look at the spheres in the first part).. and a physical engine. no idea about the groups behind or something though.
Since when is a simple reflection raytracing?
Is it really the final version which is announced on Ojuice now? Files are dating July 2002, error message at the end (see robotriot's comment).
Way slow for the stuff that you can see here. The scenes are looking to simple, but the sound is quite good.

i like some visual in this démo.
but the last part is bad sorry.
but the last part is bad sorry.
Slow, ugly and boring. And, technically, this is in the middle ages or just a bit further.
anyway, thumbs down for:
- running in the desktop res
- the bugging nearly-everything
- the low amount of polies
- the abusive colors
- the crash at the end
people did nicer things back in like.. '98? :)

sorry for posting twice ;)

guhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
can this get any slower?
technically? i've seen those effects years before... maybe there's something real fuck-the-power calculations going on in the background, but as they can't be noticed, they are just wasting the horsepower.
aaaand a crash at the end. blah.
no thanks.

the some raytrace and croth simlation scene was cool.(technical)
however, it is too slow.
the worst was the crash at the end...:)
really sorry...

its math.

soory, NO!
i like it!
a buggy implementation of ray tracing and a very simple string-mass system..
all that done in a pretty slow way..

Not bad for their first (coded) demo, like it. Too bad, after 2 years they still don't have fixed it. :(
Slow, but for some reason I wasn't bored for a single moment. But what was the lamp-thing in the end? An imitation of the one in Spot?
boring.
preacher: As the first comments stated, the lamp is a little homage to http://pouet.net/prod.php?which=402NEXUS 7[/url].
... at least I haven't fucked up the link totally. ;)
cool
Thumb up for this code debut.
Doesn't run slow now on a modern machine in 2005. ;)

hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
True, not really 'slow' on nowadays HW, but I think there is something screwed up in physics timing (since camera movements go instead at full frame rate).

Never thumped this one up before ;)
Nice.
Very interesting. The jumping desk-lamp is so cute! :)
Not that bad. ;)
at least it is something for a first demo
Not quite a captured dream.
A mnie się podoba.
Nice debut. Music is lovely ;)
Didn't like this one at all... slow and boring.
PHYSICS! REAL REFLECTIONS!
Okayish, not more.
