that was nice on the stream. bit short maybe, but visually extremely good and music was fitting. i'm a sucker for architecture anyway.
Lovely inexactness in the piano combined with the architectural visions works really well. Smooth plastic meditation.
certainly a cool way to approach this and neat execution as well.

a bit noisy overall which was somewhat distracting, but the design is pretty nice :)
Excellent work making that piano in 4klang, really has some "feeling" to it which is much needed to carry a minimal composition such as gymnopedie. Actually quite masterful to pull it off.
Good camera work and I like the close to isometric projection used in some shots. Great minimalism overall in this prod and the evolving stadium like structure kept just a nice touch of demoish feeling.

Very convincing piano sample for 4k. Could have used a bit more contrast, as the 'main' scene is kind of lost so the shape is hard to make out. Extra thumb for source.
Minimalist and beautiful. The piano sound is great and fits well to the track and the intro in general. You got talent and I honestly mean that.
Wtf ? This is truely beautiful! Everything fits so gently together. And the piano patches drive me nuts. Really magical sound engeneering! I´d only prefer an own composition.

I originally ended up going back to this intro last (2017) summer doing some "technical improvements" to the rendering. I put off releasing it then because I wasn't sure if the changes were good enough. This week I dug up the project again and did some further touches to the cameras and edit. The changes shouldn't be too radical, but here they are.
All these changes fill up the 4096 bytes much more tightly than the sloppy original version. I hope the reader finds it all adds to an overall more enjoyable experience!

- The glossy reflection is much nicer looking now
- There's a bit of post processing
- A couple issues with the geometry addressed, some animation added
- Camera movement in a couple shots made nicer, one shot added
- There's a 4x super sampled variant available (recommended)

I was listening to it on my laptop's crummy built-in speakers and thought that the low-fi sound actually contributed to the experience. It sounded a lot like Satie was performed by Biosphere or something. Pretty fun actually, I borderline expected it to crossfade into Antennaria or Kobresia. :D
