I like the concept. Missing a checkerboard though :)
Seriously, given this is called "tutorial" I'd have expected the seven lines to be at least remotely readable. Otherwise I could do it in one.
kb: i suspect it means *following* a basic ray trace tutorial in 7 lines, not "learn from this" :D
As if anything in a few lines or bytes is meant to be readable. The use of the word "tutorial" might be in jest too. (exhibit A). :)
