Looks partially like someone's first OpenGL test. The effects are very uneven, some of them are really basic (the linestuff in the middle for example) but for example the thing during the credits was pretty nice and original. Maybe some pruning and more design next time? :)

Knowing how long time this have taken for you to make, and what struggles you have had to learn (since I helped you from time to time) this is a really, really, good first.
That the tunnel in the greeings didn't start to move was unexpected and a mastermove :-D
Nicely synched too but as preacher said, you need to code more so you can remove the ugliest stuff and keep the good stuff.. I really liked the amiga sprite-inspired stuff.

My thumb goes up because of the effort that you put in, and because there are some nice-looking things in it.
I disliked the xor-pattern tunnel the most - I think the texture is a bit harsh to look at, and the tunnel is too short. The particles and synch were great!
