not that bad. sound is completly fucked up on my machine (like volume have been set to 200%) and no possibility to set fullscreen. also thumb up for level editor.

Hi Tigrou! Which operating system are you using? And is it 32 or 64 bit? We noticed some sound problems with my MSI Wind in Windows earlier but I thought we already fixed it. But I'll have to check that. We are using ClanLib game library for playing the game music, so the problem might also lie in ClanLib and would be harder to fix (we didn't have the ~200% volume problem earlier but the music seemed to play too fast on my MSI Wind, but as I said, it should be already fixed).

And yeah, we had two girl coders and one boy coder. \o/

For some reason the backgrounds don't show up for certain levels, for example the Absinth Run. I am on Xubuntu 11.04

I made a level that used the Absinth Run background, and the background showed fine for it. When I look at the level files though, they use the same line for the background

Hi FreeFull! Thanks for your comment. Yes, we are aware of the fact that all machines do not show all our backgrounds. It is because some of the background images are too big to be drawn by some machines. We should have used smaller images for each level, but we noticed this only after all the backgrounds were done and the problem appeared only in some machines, which we mainly did not use for testing. But you are absolutely right about your comment. It is the first game we have ever made, so we still have a lot to learn, next time we will hopefully be smarted about this. :) Thanks for playing!

Oh, now that I read your comments again I see you are talking about the same background image in both showing/not showing cases... So you are sure that the Absinth Run level which came with the game did not show the background in the game but your own level which had the same background (the one with mushrooms :)) showed the background? Because it would be more mysterious and something we have not seen before. And at the moment I can not think of any reason for why it would happen since they use the same code and the defining of the background image is exactly the same in both level files. Interesting... :)
