What I do see about this prod is that a lot of work must have generally gone into making all of this possible: especially UI. The problem is that it does not have much association with demoscene..

well a piggy for me.
Sucked bigtime in the compo. This whole thing looks like a wanna-be-advert for a VJ software.
Sorry...but advertisements don't belong here!
Doublesucks for me!

though it looked quite interesting at first sight, i really must say i hated the way the walkthrough was done.
horribly boring and for me totally confusing as i could not really follow any changes beeing made and see the direct results of that.
also not sure if its demoscene related really ...

What [EviL] said !
hey! epic joke it was :D
After all it's a _demo_ party. Now go and purchase the full version.
uh well, didnt see the weblink in the nfo ....
so here's your thumb for the commercial
so here's your thumb for the commercial
A pitty I can only thumb this down one time!
Check out Pikix, a free VJing software for GP2x and Windows which is fun to use and definitley more scenish than this 350$-CRAP.

You should have made a demo to advertise it.
demo done the wrong way
i'm not particularly offended by the fact that this is a VJ tool or even a commercial one for that matter.... but it was extremely boring to watch during the compo :)
неебу чо это за хуйня, но судя по каментам гавно
too long, boring
Figured it was free but it was just an ad.

Would have been nice if you actually made some sort of demo with the app. Now it was more of a very long advertisement in a totally inappropriate place.
checked few months b4. only one nice ting - h/w acceleration. ont interestin design and usability wise, totally useless on touchscreens. i would rather stick with good old vjo (4 free) or bought resolume/modul8. pig for effort.
MUST BUY!
hey, this was a commercial? i changed my mind then, go f*k yourself with your ads - this should have not even gotten through preselection.
and a thumb down.
Boring, commercial and totally not scene related. And I don't mean that in a "lol it didn't have ribbons or greetings and wasn't 4k so it's not scene related" clueless kiddie way.
doesn't belong here, should be lobsterized
bring the lobsters!
Click clack lobster attack
This is the wrong place to post this kind of demo.
epic fail
I'll be honest, I found this quite interesting but having now found out it was a thinly veiled promotion for commercial software, I'm very disappointed.
It's a trial-version of a commercial product. Remove it.
..and also, remove my wrong-facing thumb. :(
An ad of commercial vj-software with horrible UI.
:(
screenshot looks like wow game had sex with werkzeug 3.0...
hi Guys.. I'm sorry... I really wanted to share my production with you all and give you access to a working version. My team and I spent years building this and as a big fan of the demo scene, had to share it with you. You are graphics freaks and make amazing visuals yet I’m also a freak and a bit wild so entered in such a category. I tell people that the demo scene is responsible for all the great advancements in digital graphics. I really believe this. The demo scene inspires me. My intention was to give back, not to insult. I’ve been following the scene for 8 years now and I love what is coming out of it. Breakpoint was my first ever demo party. It was awesome! I’m sorry my demo software was wrongly received and I can see now that it is not fitting to any category. Being at Breakpoint was a good experience. It was great to meet real people really doing it, like myself. You guys are incredible! Keep doing what you are doing! I feel a part of the scene and promise to change my ways. Again I’m sorry.
Dear Optrix,
You really should not. The demoscene is - for the most part, at least - YEARS behind the cutting edge of the real time graphics development curve. Sometimes, we pride ourselves - somewhat ironically maybe - that stuff we see in motion graphics demos or movies and music videos was "invented" or popular in the scene first, but in 90% of all cases that is more or less wishful thinking. :)
It wasn't your fault. The organizers should have declined your entry politely as it is simply not a wild demo in any sense. It is a product demo. Again, not your fault at all. :)

(you should have asked an organizer to show it off as an "out of compo" thing. You get the attention for your software and people don't get pissed at "ad-ware")
it was just boring at the compo
thanks guys. Points taken. :)
...
Everyone seems to thumb this down, so the rebel in me says I should thumb up!
Piggie for being apoletic about it.
I feel VJ stuff is demoscene related though, but not VJ stuff that's commercial.

for the effort put into it. Looks good.
naaaaaaaaaaah...
respect for actually having explained it all

I get both points

This software looks slick and very powerful, but the demonstration didn't seem to exploit this. Showing what a tool can do when pushed to the limits would be a rulez. Just showing the tool interface is a sucks. (Unless you're HBC)
