I'm not a religious person myself, but I believe sceners should be free to express what's important to them.
However, you could've expressed more love for Jesus by painting the graphics yourself instead of ripping them from the net.

kakkonen: it's not about the way things were presented, because that was okay in this case. it's the topic, which is very slippy. It's not like somebody censores stuff you produce though, but you should be aware that most people are going to stand up and protest if you take up extremely discussable topics (like, say, fascism, religion, abortion, etc). especially if you present only one point of view (eg. in this case: jesus loves you)
kbi: the demo was about Jesus - who preached nothing but love and wisdom. I'm not religious but I like Jesus. You can't really compare Jesus to fascism, religion and abortion.

I think it's pretty cheeky. It looks like a well-made JML demo. Whether this impression is intended or not, I don't know. The effects look good and it was by far the most entertaining demo in the first half of the compo.

For some weird reason I liked this, but only if it's more anti than pro-christian... I'm not exactly sure which it is.
homeworld: got to admit you have a good point with these demonic symbols :) the thing is - i'm not sure if the productions you mention are completely focused on them; i can't recall such a prod anyway. what i'm trying to say is: it's okay to use religious symbols from time to time, but making them an axis for the whole prod is an act of overexaggeration for me. so, being an atheist myself, i don't mind seeing buddha from time to time in all those goa demos. i don't care if someone praises satan, spaghetti monster, tree, or whatever else, as long as this is not everything the demo is about.
and, frankly, seeing all those smiling people in this production, i can't refrain myself from perceiving the demo as some sort of a propaganda. maybe it's only me, i dunno.

I love how this is like Rammstein's lyrics, it's a two-edged sword. You can interpret it in whatever way you want.

As a Christian myself and proud of it, I found this demo to have the right message but it just needed more. Going off some of the comments above, it's obvious that they've never read the NT. Which is a shame. People reading this, just pick up a copy of the NIV or NLT Bible for an "easier" read..... Don't go off religion!! Read about JESUS :-)
I fail Him daily but I love him and what He's done for people like me. I truly hope more ppl come to Him. Again, it's not about religion. There's a difference. Faith in Christ :-)

The collage of various cutouts from the Watchtower leaflets is less than unimpressive, of course. It seems as if you could have fixed the fade-glitches and cleaned up the outlines, at least. Then the music, which sounds like a movie soundtrack. Is this something put in the public domain by the incompetech.com guy that you downloaded and used?

But I recommend everybody to read the Bible from first to last page and get into a serious personal relationship with Yeshua the Messiah, Jesus the Christ. Ask yourself why no other name on earth is mocked as much as him, and on what side you stand, and the consequences of that.
