Although it could be done in realtime, there's not always a coder available, and when there is, there's no guarantee he can bring a designer's vision to life.
It's good to see more demo designers taking advantage of the wild category.
As for the demo...it had a good pace, some good music and some decent modelling, but was too garish for my liking I'm afraid.
