uploading keygens to pouet putting them as cracktros are a proof of complete stupidity. Especially if its + than 6 months old.

Preacher, i did not see selection named 'keygen' in menu...Also Keygen Template 1 was added like cracktro.

I think adding keygen templates as cracktros is OK. Will not comment on the quality of this particular one until I've seen it in action though.

To some people, that would be a suitable clue that perhaps keygens that don't have anything to do with intros/demos or demoscene do not belong to pouet.

Yet still stupid. Thumbing up an amiga cracktro when you see what can be done on amiga is exactly the same. And that's what everyone does.
Thumbing down a pc cracktro would have to be normal considering what can be done on PC? No. The comparison is exactly the same, no matter what platform is used. Stop that shit with cracktros already.

There was a time when cracktros were good, as good as demos. Those days are long gone, live with it :)

As good as demos? lol? No way. Looking at almost all the amiga cracktros gives me the same feeling than looking at almost all the nowadays pc cracktros. And when i compare some amiga demos to cracktros, i only see what we all see nowadays on pc. Demo = awesome, cracktros = *only and sometimes* nice. That's all.
I won't go against the fact that cracktros are almost all simple and stuff, but saying they suck ass is an insult towards people who love to make them for the sake of it. Period. It's just a matter of what people love to do, nothing more. And insulting what someone loves to do is insulting a bit of his personnality. And on that point i'd be ok, because THAT sucks ass.

I've seen many clueless things on pouet, but this is still quite close to the top. So platform should not play any role on how to judge something? I'll start thumbing down all those C64 demos then.. and the amiga demos.. and..

But anyway. Why are the PC cracktros so often so very inferior technically? I mean, how is it even possible to make a jerky scroller on a 2GHz machine with a video card from this decade? Or how is it possible to make a starfield effect with non-antialiased stars? I know what they thought of jerky scrollers back in the day..



Let me paraphrase. Stop those shit cracktros and shit productions like this one already. Thankfully, there have been quite few recently, perhaps the situation is worse at intro-inferno..

Seriously, there's no reason to make cracktros that are fucking ugly, fucking slow and sound fucking horrible. There's plenty of reason to make good ones, like the Neural cracktros which are actually pleasing to the eyes and ears. The funny thing is, that if it was the "oldskool" days, makers of such pieces of shit would be laughed out of the scene.

How clueless is talking about vsync to a gfx/ascii artist? I guess you imagine i don't understand shit to that word, do you? To be honest i don't even want to know what the heck it means. And what's your problem with intro-inferno? Did you already consider the fact that cracktro coders maybe don't have the skills you guys got, thus not that much able to code better things than that? On my side, "helping" them with a logo is cool, that's some kind of support to critisized minorities. And i'll support them as long as people will critisize them about how low skilled they are, and about how lame they are because they make all the time the same thing, and because they are not as good as you mighty coders. Live with it. Demo people won't change, but cracktro people won't either. Oh, and let me add one of your prefered posted word : "Boohoo".

I really enjoy this. It's not that often you see cool keygen interface that lifts your eyebrows.

And it's legal to post keygen interfaces here as long as they only produce non-working dummy serials (no crypto-code) as this prod is an example of. So STFU about what's illegal here.


This is really not a cracktro. Nobody makes actual cracktros anymore (the only ones made are made more like a demo, and not plastered to an actual game).
