i don't know what you have been playing, but gameplay actually is cool (bullet dodging gallore!), although the enemy patterns should be improved..
oh and also the background camera movement is a bit too much, cause it does not fit to the enemy and playership movement at all..
Wow, Ikaruga clone on PC!!! First, when it slows down the graphics, the gameplay also slows down (like getting half of the vsync and timing at half at times) which spoils the fun of playing a full blown shoot em up. Then, I didn't got it at the beginning how to fill the energy by bullets (you have to be very close to them so it fills up near your energy shield, no colors and stuff here. Which although is a concept it makes it annoying to play this way. Maybe you tried to be more original and not have the same way to fill up weapon energy like Ikaruga but then this way here is odd or unplayable for me). Still thumbs up for the graphics and effort.

Extreme framerate drops here, but the game looks great. Looking forward to see more level!
