Fine text effects, but the sky GFX is lame, and I don't see why you would need to have loading time before some 2d hardware effects and a player.

i kinda fail to see what justifies the use of gba here... even the music mood could have been achieved on gbc, same goes for the graphics. anyway, nice little thingie (although a bit too big for a bbstro), and i really like the synch.

dear mister Graga, the clouds are generated on the fly with a (stupid) noise routine which isnt a typical 2d hardware effect i guess. Not that this will change your mind about the lameness, but maybe you didnt notice it.
