Looks a bit like the German PC diskmag "HotMag". I have to do further research in order to find out what the connection was.

DBA! i know they had many shells, including one the UCM one was later based on. I know slimer was a good editor, bonus wasn't that good, but he made really cool shells!
You mean that "Hotmag" looks like DBA diskmag ;) As for the editor bit; actually I sucked. Oh well ...

the shell graphics on this issue are dead cool
also, slimer, don't underestimate your own skills... ok so maybe there were some editors whose english language skills were a bit better than yours... but who cares? you managed to kick out 14 great issues of dba mag, involving and inspiring loads of sceners... the other editors usually didn't make more than 1-5 issues before calling it quits ;)
