it's a damn shame.. some pretty solid code wasted here.. no style, no effects, just stupid lego..

This demo might look simple. In fact it is not. Never the less: This demo was made AT THE PARTY... Look at the LEGObasics.xmo file and write your own LEGOdemo script or use any other kind of VRML object - if you know how to write XML, that is.

I still don't understand why it placed 2nd (chrome/damage is A LOT better demo IMHO). Very nice code wasted in a mediocre demo.

well i did not like this, the cod was quite nice but the music ill, a combination of newerhood and matrix and whern't they ripped?
cool idea but big lack of design and music

ugly textures, ugly idea, stupid music. the only reason they ranked higher than last place is the fact that they made the live c-64 gig.

i really don't see why anyone sees that this kind of production needs to be done.

i think that also the fact that their wild demo was good helped this demo to rank 2nd.

it sucks when people vote for the group and not for the quality of the demo.

and FUCK, haven't we seen enough of LEGOS?! they have been used in demos, wild demos, raytraced pictures and wherever so fucking many times that atleast i have gotten totally bored to seeing them.

The first music is ripped form the game Neverhood ("Operator plays a little ping-pong").

The concept is interesting tho'. I like the physics+XML idea...

well, I think it's cool..

And to all those who say, well bad code, and so..... well do better yourself......and don't come running with something like .. "weee I made these metaballz and these flares... aint it cool" NO!!!

Everybody can code it they really want, and give it the time needed, but if you cant use the code in som constructive and interesting ideas (like this for an example) THEN DON'T DO IT......

Nice! The physics model is not perfect, but quite convincing. Listening to sanxion remix is alwayz a pleasure. Rob Hubbard still rocks!!
