I've never before run into a piece of music that was painful to listen to; not even from minimalanimal. Except perhaps when I put a Commodore 64 program tape in an audio tape deck and tried to listen to it.
It's the fastest of the TMDC demos I've seen so far, and the least oldschool...
Thumbs up for textmode, visuals, and pacing. Thumb down for the music. So, pig.

Textmode goes nu-media. Almost worked for me.

Good, very good !

Music got the mood ... Text-mode is a bit too colorful, but it all works ok !

A bit ugly, some ideas were original, heh but I didn't liked this visual..

For some reason this looked and sounded much better at home on my own computer than at Altparty. Hmm. The music is interesting, quite cool actually. The usage of characters is a nifty idea too, but some scenes are ugly, the noise scene isn't that good an idea and the font could be better. The sync & pace are cool. Color scheme could be less dutch. But I like it anyway.

Yet another textmode demo. I'm really at a loss for words on these sorts of things. The super low resolution doesn't do it for me, I guess. All I can say is it seems very similar to many other such productions.
This one is strange. Although the effects are clear, the way it rapidly switches them gives an overall "noisy" feeling. Everything fits together in the end, so this demo is nice. It's just not my cup of tea.

Nice ideas & quite different from what I've seen done before. Like that the audio distortion matches the visuals.

Brave usage of glitch/noise for 2003. Cool to see some actual text rather than block chars only.
