have you tried:
'/g simpler version for slower cards'
No comments on the product from me now, I am handicapped by a computer without sound right now!

FINE, punish me for not going to Pilgrimage by not having the #1 production run on my machine. WAAAH! Anyway Basehead's track rules. Please release final that runs (: (Yes I tried both windowed and /g )
Rox, this is a demo that could have won any party, it's not winning because it was presented at a small one (Pilgrimage was great, BTW)
Excellent music, sync and VERY good transitions. A great start for the new era of american scene ;)

pure kickass
see Mac
it still requires
GL_NV_texture_shader
WGL_ARB_pbuffer
WGL_ARB_pixel_format
with /g

I will not check this one with my GF2, but nice to see some life signs from the other side of the atlantic (scene wise) ;)
The spiders were cool, and it was nicely consistent looking throughout. Decent.
several good scenes, good design...
just make it work on my radeon8500, so i can watch it again :)

basehead: you go for the pigface if you don't want to vote ;) (i'll be watching the demo and come here put my vote in a minute)
uhm, i get a GPF when it's loading, with /w, /g or normal...
Athlon XP1700+, 1Gb RAM, GF4 Ti4600 (Det 43.45), XP Pro SP1

Runs superduper on my old Athlon 1200 w/ anemic GF FX5200 running XP. A little slowdown in parts but still utterly enjoyable. Great transitions and fantastic music from Basehead.
Nice. I like the scene with the bugs.
good scene.
good music.

The actual production rocks, all around.
It runs great on my AthlonXP 2800 w/nVidia GeForce4 Ti4800. Unfortunately it does not run at all on my Intel P4 866 w/Radeon 9700, regardless of what switch is used.
Big thumbs up, reprezent USA. :-)

Ok. Now I've seen it. Bug scene rules (: So, it's gonna be like that, huh? East Coast/West Coast? Right, ok, it's officially ON suckas (:
a very good demo
enjoy!
enjoy!
Great Show, Scenes rules - like the Bugs most *gg* And Music... Great Song - Basehead Rocks :)
I liked this! great prod dudes!
helt ok för att vara amerikanskt, hehe
Veldig bra for å være amerikansk faktisk
And in english; probably the best demo from an american party. I'll stick with the pigface though, but keep up the work guys:)

Doesn't run, happily screws my desktop in the process. (XP, Radeon 9100)
Looked great at the party, still looks great. Great work.
I read it Basehead. The baseline (ha ha) for this type of Radeon is ~ GF3, so sue me for trying anyway. Merely hoping to be informative, sheesh ;)
nice work... finally something "new"
Sweeeeeeeeet!
got to see it finally... nice and enjoyable demo, and the synch itself just deserves a thumbs up...
I wonder where does it need a GF3 here though

Jcl: they used NV specific extensions, apparently.
legalize: i mean, no GF3-only (meaning pixel shaders) effects would have needed to be used to achieve the same output. I talked to gz about it, and he convinced me that some scenes might look much worse without them... oh well :)
Even the final version does not run on gef4mx440.
very good stuff. nice synchro, good muzak. great transitions.
My only (and very minor) complaint is the colour green.

wow, great stuff!
gotta love that synchro. simple but efficient. good, mellow soundtrack. kasparov reference brought a smile on my face... nice to see that the us scene can kick some butt, too. :)
btw. with quality option checked runs slooooooowly even on radeon 9800. don't know who to blame, though.

Very enjoyable design and music. /me likes.
Plus, it's made by other Americans. Yippee!

excellent production !
runs flawlessly on geforce3.

Well, this surely is a great production that could have won at any mid-sized party =)
The synchro is great, the design rocks, and the track fits the demo perfectly. Let's pump some more life into the US scene!

too bad it doesnt work on here...
oh, the final one did!
good
Where is my comment? WHERE? Anyway. BASE IS BACK! (: Also, sweet (: also green (:
preccciousss... :)
Total ownage and utter rulage on all departments: Code, music, graphics, design, synch. My only complaint is that I dislike the 0xFF00 type of green..
no thumb given !? this is soo cool, extra digit for the bugged out mjusick
Sweet. Great idea with the spin/sync on the camera, excellent music from no other than basehead and the style has same kind of appeal as does te-2rb. Great ideas with the effects, very novel twists on otherwise very familiar ones and a few new to boot. Transitions are spot on as well, no lack of imagination there.
On the negative side the first landscape scene has an unreadable scroller on the surface and the part ends up looking rather chaotic but the effect itself is something nice and unexpected. The final part has kickass transitions but not enough effects and the "object" is the least fresh one in the whole demo. Briefly showing all the previous ones seems a little forced.
For some reason this one gives me a very music video like feel while looking nothing like that. I think we'll be watching this for many years to come.

good
quite unusual stuff! gotta love those distortions, the in-your-face synching and the cool music
Nice effects and very good flow! Have to agree with Preacher on the green though... :-)
I liked it.
Solid, especially nice towards the end with the perfect sync and the flyby effect windows.
I couldn't run this old demo on my Intel Q8200 system with ATI Radeon 4870 video card (512 MB of RAM) and updated, old Windows XP Pro. SP3. It said "cannot find extension. could not setup ext extension".
I could not find a video capture. Does one exist?

Very nice!
the bloody style on this is awesome
Wow, love it. Very good pacing and overall direction. A bit "jumpy" at places, but has that certain fluidity that I like. The music is just wonderful and a big part of why everything flows so nicely from section to section. The black/green "hackerish" look it very cliche'd but not so much so that I would be put off by it, but with nicer colors this could've been a huge classic. Same thing with the 2D graphics, there's a lot of room for improvement in them as they currently look like mere copies of certain styles without pulling off most of the actual elements that make them so good in other productions. Aside from the couple criticism regarding the visual side, the demo is ace. Also some love for the distortion effects, somewhat unique look and well pulled off.
Despite the age, this demo doesn't feel dated at all, in large part thanks to its confident sense of style and pacing. Distortion effects look very well still, and the soundtrack is similarly solid.
Very nice demo with good visuals and great soundtrack.
what moozooh said.
I discovered it thanks to Demovibes back then
wow, how could i miss this all these years
Nice and relaxing US demo
i really like the design.
The design still looks awesome
Great soundtrack and design! Touches my sweet spots. Synchronised!
Schtyle.
Finally, a video! I enjoyed it. :)
well done! love the black and green
it's hot.
Very nice. Love the little glitches and sync touches. Would love to see a hi-res capture of this
Oh wait... found one.. I'll submit and edit..
