The way it replays samples is very weird but interesting AF, though. Some kind of PWM/PDM... thing. Still need to investigate. =)
-
@4gentE: so, uhm, can you link me a definition of "sampler"?
-
@4gentE: Well, linky... pls? :)

VICE is rather leanN and shares a lot of code across emulated platforms, and new demos for Plus4, PET, VIC-20 and C-128 do come out once in a while.
-
New prods either way! :) So yes, people do use non-C-64 8-Bit Commodores.
-
@Foebane72: Some PETs have a whopping 2 megabytes of disk capacity, and many non-C-64s have faster-clocked CPUs. That's not nothing! =)

-
It's both. =) Just like "Killer/Papa Was a Rolling Stone" :D

En man som heter Uwe går till Deadline
-
la_mettrie: An obscure sample replay method on C-64 pioneered with https://csdb.dk/release/?id=72678 works entirely without the SID sound chip, utilising specially crafted video output to modulate a CRTs sound... =)

Uwe likes to watch demos live from real hardware
-
Uwe is not Chuck Norris.
-
Of course Deadline Uwe is NOT Uwe Boll.

So.... captcha with scene trivia, which could double as lamer protection? Or not dishing out pics unless logged in?

Greeks practically invented dancing (and western-style democracy), so that demo title would be no surprise for nobody.
